I have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Although there was constantly a crowd either checking in or checking out, the counter staff has always been courteous and helpful. The location is also another attraction with a wide variety of food available, shopping locations within walking distance and transport is very accessible.
Although the hotel is in the heart of the city, the noise level was kept to a minimum. Each room that I stayed in also had a wonderful view of the city and the river.
The only drawback I had was the internet connectivity which took some time to resolve. However, the customer service staff was professional and attended to my queries as best as they could.

Hotel restaurant was a bit expensive and impersonal. All other staff were very obliging, courteous and helpful. Ironing facilities would have been appreciated. -- Mr Grant Gilbert 25-2-2007 --

Location-wise good as many shopping complexes and restaurants nearby and within walking distance. All staff at reception, business centre and luggage counter very helpful, polite and friendly. Shower lights very dim and should be improved. Also will appreciate if facility for guests to borrow iron could be made available in future instead of having to go down to the 6th floor to do ironing. Furniture looks old and maybe need to be replaced next time. -- Mrs Anonymous 29-12-2005 --

Breakfast was not included but was very good! Nice views of the river and South China Sea. Room was a bit "tired" but generally comfortable. -- Mrs Neil Smith-Jones 1-11-2005 --

My room (phone no.) was disclosed to an unsolicited caller who left numerous messages on my phone and mentioned my name. I did not know the fellow, neither did I give my number to anyone.Operators should be trained to ask basic questions before disclosing room phone nos. I was iinitially allocated to a room with 2 single beds but was relocated once I protested. -- Mr CHARLES PETERS 8-10-2004 --
