Far from the madding crowd along Orchard Road, nestled in the heart of Chinatown is the newest boutique Hotel, The Royal Peacock Hotel Singapore. Previously a part of Singapore's history, the Hotel now occupies a row of ten beautifully restored shophouses. To preserve it's authentic ambience, each shophouse has been artistically restored to its original condition, from the architecture and design to the timber, ceiling, shutters and lowered doors.
